A leading medical device company seeks a Sales Executive in Singapore to drive the sales of medical devices and equipment. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals while achieving sales objectives. Applicants should have a diploma or higher, excellent communication skills, and ideally experience in medical sales or nursing. Only Singaporeans may apply due to quota limitations.
The primary role of the successful candidate is to drive sales of medical devices and equipment.
Ensure that sales objectives in the assigned territory is achieved or exceeded.
Build and maintain strong rapport and positive long-term relationships with existing customers, KOLs and HCPs.
Be an expert in your respective portfolio by continuously staying current and maintaining good knowledge of product, market needs and competitors' products.
Regularly carry out promotional activities in line with company’s sales and marketing efforts.
Participate in developing strategies and sales plans with the management in creating effective business plans for business expansion.
Provide in service to the end users in the OT environment as per requirement and organize and participate in demonstrations, seminars, workshops and exhibitions.
Knowledge of HSA and change notification.
Generate sales quotations and prepare tender submissions
Diploma or higher qualification
Positive working attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, self-motivated, customer oriented and proactive individual with a track record in delivering results.
Strong analytical and observation skills.
Ability to work independently and at the same time a team player.
Candidates with nursing / previous sales experience in the medical devices / medical equipment / surgical instruments field will be an added advantage.
Prior working experience as a Medical Sales Representative preferred.
