Job description
  • Basic Salary: $2800 -$3500
  • Transport Allowances: $350 - $1000 (Own Transport, ERP & Parking Reimburse)
  • Additional Pay: OT Pay, Standby Allowance + ERP & Parking Reimburse + AWS, Minimum 1.5 Month Variable Bonus
  • Flexible Work Schedule: 5 Days, Flexi Hours – Required to standby once a month
  • Location: Island-wide (Parking & ERP Fully Claimable)

Job Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot ultrasound imaging systems at customer sites.
  • Perform routine inspections and corrective/preventive maintenance (CM/PM) to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to relay customer feedback for product and process improvement.
  • Provide technical support and deliver training to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting for FSN/FMI/FSCA compliance.
Job Requirements
  • Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of hands‑on field servicing experience in ultrasound or other medical imaging equipment will be highly advantageous.
