The role involves supervising ACMV and mechanical installation works on-site, coordinating daily activities with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for ACMV and mechanical installations.
  • Ensure all mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
  • Monitor workmanship quality and resolve site issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to achieve project progress targets.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.
  • Ensure enforcement of safe work practices and adherence to EHS requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or ITE Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supervising ACMV/mechanical works in construction or industrial projects.
  • Sound understanding of ACMV systems, ducting, piping, and mechanical equipment installation.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with site safety, QA/QC procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Willingness to work at Tuas with transportation pick up at designated MRT station.
