Job Responsibilities:

1. Cutting / Portioning

  • Trim, slice, debone and portion chicken into various cut and weight for sales and further processing.

2. Weight & Packing

  • Weigh, pack and label the products according to each products' specification.

3. Quality Control

  • Inspect meats for defects, ensure consistency in size / shape and maintain freshness standards.
  • Follow company's rules and SOP.

4. Cleaning and Sanitation

  • Always ensure personal hygiene at top standards.
  • Clean and sanitize cutting equipment, working areas and tools thoroughly to meet GHP.

5. Safety Compliance

  • Follow all food safety regulations and workplace safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with knives and other cutting equipment will be prioritized.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or food handling will be prioritized.
  • Good physical stamina and strength is required. Ability to stand, lift, bend for long hours.
  • Knowledge of poultry anatomy and different cuts is a plus.
  • Attend WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 is a plus. Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Age: 21 - 40 years old
