  • Lead local resource planning, capacity management, and operational optimization based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage Monitoring Team Leaders and Customer Success Managers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and professional development.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture built on proactivity, excellence, and accountability.

  • Maintain deep awareness of emerging threats, evolving risks, and client-specific security contexts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and incident lifecycle management.
  • Partner with global Customer Success and Sales teams on escalations, QBRs, and client relationship-building.
  • Translate Sygnia’s global MDR strategy into effective regional execution and continuous operational improvements.
  • Identify gaps and enhancement opportunities across people, process, and technology, and drive local implementation.
  • Collect analyst and client feedback and convert it into actionable feature requests for the Velocity platform in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
  • Represent the regional site in global MDR leadership forums and ensure smooth cross-site collaboration, alert continuity, knowledge sharing, and shift handovers.

  • Demonstrated experience managing clients, leading QBRs, and handling escalations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); regional language proficiency required.
