About the job
We are seeking a MarTech Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, and related marketing platforms, with the ability to translate client requirements into scalable and effective marketing automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing automation and MarTech strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- Execute and manage campaigns using HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, and other marketing platforms.
- Lead HubSpot development, setup, and migration projects, ensuring smooth configuration and deployment across client environments.
- Design and configure custom objects, associations, and workflows within HubSpot to align with client-specific business needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, translating them into clear, actionable deliverables for the technical and project teams.
- Design, build, and modify data models to support scalable marketing and CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation systems with CRM, CMS, and analytics platforms.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams on automation processes, integrations, and best practices.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns and workflows to ensure they meet performance objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest MarTech and HubSpot trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve delivery quality.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members in the marketing technology domain.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or MarTech consulting.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot development, setup, and migration, including custom objects, associations, and workflows.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Marketo, and Adobe Campaign platforms.
- Experience designing CRM and/or LMS solutions and building scalable data models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Basic proficiency in HTML and web development practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong client management ability.
- Ability to gather and document client requirements clearly and accurately.
- Team player with a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Relevant certifications in HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms are preferred.
