Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive growth and profitability through key account management and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include planning marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and analyzing market trends. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales, proficiency in Photoshop, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. This is a full-time role with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years in Key Account Management/Sales Executive.
  • Minimum 1 year in Management Field (e.g., CMM, NTUC, or DFI).
  • Experience in Modern Trade is a must.
  • 2-4 years in FMCG marketing and/or sales.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing campaigns.
  • Manage company social media accounts and website.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitors.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and manage product launches.
  • Establish strong partnerships with buyers and outlet personnel.
  • Support sales teams with campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and finance for execution.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Purpose

Drive growth and profitability by leading marketing initiatives and managing key accounts in the FMCG sector (confectionery, ice cream, and luncheon meat).

Working Details

Monday to Friday, 5-day work week: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (1 hour lunch break)

Qualifications
  • Min 2 - 3 years of Key Account Management / Sales Executive
  • Min 1 year in the Management Field (e.g., CMM, NTUC, or DFI)
  • Experience in Modern Trade is a MUST
  • Experience using Photoshop for marketing
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Brand: Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, manage budgets, strengthen brand awareness, and produce marketing materials (reports, brochures, presentations).
  • Digital & social media: Manage company social media accounts, website, and online content to ensure a consistent, engaging presence.
  • Market Insights: Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and provide recommendations for growth.
  • Key Accounts: Achieve monthly sales targets, manage product listings and launches, negotiate promotions and merchandising with retailers.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with buyers and outlet personnel to ensure seamless operations and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Development & Performance: Support sales teams with campaigns, track trade spends, review account performance, and measure ROI/KPIs to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales plans, driving efficiency and profitability across the business.
  • Other Duties: Carry out ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing Director or supervisor.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

2–4 years in FMCG marketing and/or sales, with exposure to key account management.

Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Proficient in Photoshop or equivalent.
  • Tech‑savvy with strong knowledge of social media platforms.
