To achieve our ambition, we need to build and execute the right Marketing and Client strategy in mid and long run, and to develop deep knowledge & intelligence of our clients
Ensure the excellent execution and orchestration of marketing plan and activities by working closely with our Marketingcommunity in SEAA markets as well as WFJ Division & team.
Transform the WFJ client journey towards a more client-centric and unified experience, leverage CRM data and analysis in order to build intelligence and recommendations to support the development of adequate Marketing & Retail orchestrations.
Collaborate closely with SEAA markets to reflect on the marketing strategy and orchestration, ensuring alignment with global guidelinesand local market insights, challenges, and opportunities.
Maintain holistic view of each WFJ campaign, and ensure all the functions in WFJ division Marketing team are working towards SEAA markets requests
Measure campaigns success and efficiency to achieve WFJ objectives & share recommendations to Global based on SEAA learnings & needs (i.e. drive to store platforms, social media campaigns…)
Partner with Communications team on specific studies helphelpcrafting the right Media and PR strategy and improve our targeting / campaign efficiency
Foster innovation by sharing best practices & success stories among local,SEAA and North Asiamarkets and Global Marketing community
Work closely with Regional Merchandising and Retail & Learning teams to adjust marketing activities, in order to support the business needs and priorities
Be the main point of contact with WFJ division Product Marketing team for marketing tools development
In partnership with the Client Experience & Engagement Manager, to gain knowledge on our client, constant fine tune and reflect on client journey, strategicrelevancy and effectiveness to ensure positive impact to the business and the client experience in the markets
Share client data and insights, and best practices across markets and regions
Build on client learnings and partner with Fashion, FBP and external partners to capture potential market opportunities.
Formulating SEAA Marketing strategies through expertise across Marketing products and tools
Thinking innovatively of different ways to approach projects & challenges, leveraging insights, data, and strategic planning
Understanding the specificities of the luxury retail industry, in particularly the Watches & and Fine Jewelry category and stay updated of current competitor environment, being agile, flexible and able to deal with ambiguity
Being able to navigate between global / regional / local counterparts
Marketing experience with a proven track record for delivering marketing & clienteling strategies
Watches and Fine Jewelry knowledge and sensitivity
Strategic thinking and planning, with business understanding on luxury retail market knowledge and culture acumen
Creation, innovation and aesthetically inclined
Multi-cultural sensitivity
