Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & ContentCreation
- Developand execute digital marketing campaigns across the web, social media,email, and other online platforms.
- Createcompelling marketing content—including graphics, banners, landing pages,and promotional materials.
- Monitorcampaign performance and optimize based on data insights (CTR, engagement,conversions, etc.).
2. Web Design & WebsiteManagement
- Design,update, and maintain company websites using platforms such as WordPress,Wix, or Shopify.
- Ensurewebsite UX/UI follows best practices and delivers a seamless userexperience.
- Optimizewebsites for SEO, speed, mobile responsiveness, and usability.
- Collaboratewith developers or vendors on larger web enhancements.
3. Media Management
- Plan,create, schedule, and publish social media content across channels such asFacebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Growaudience engagement through creative strategies, storytelling, andinteractive posts.
- Trackperformance using analytics tools and generate insights for improvement.
- Managesocial media advertising campaigns (boosted posts, paid ads).
4. Branding & Communications
- Ensureconsistent brand identity across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Assistin developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations,newsletters, and videos.
- Supportinternal and external communication efforts to strengthen brandvisibility.
5. Market Research &Competitor Analysis
- Conductmarket trend analysis and study competitor strategies.
- Providerecommendations to improve brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Diplomaor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, Digital Media, orrelated field.
- 2–4years of experience in marketing, with hands-on web design and socialmedia expertise.
Technical Skills
- Proficiencyin web design tools: WordPress / Wix / Shopify / HTML & CSS(basic).
- Strongknowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro) or Canva.
- Experiencewith social media management tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite,Buffer, etc.
- UnderstandingSEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
Soft Skills
- Creativethinker with strong attention to detail.
- Excellentcommunication and writing skills.
- Abilityto manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
