Our Client

Our client, a renowned UK-based international education group establishing its new campus in Singapore, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Marketing and Partnerships teams in establishing and maintaining a strong digital and community presence for the school. The role involves executing marketing initiatives, producing content, coordinating in-school and outreach events, and conducting strategic outreach to attract prospective families and stakeholders, in alignment with the school’s brand and admissions strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Events Management – Admissions Focused and Community Outreach only.
  • Support in the coordination and execution of in-school and outreach marketing events.
  • Engage with current and prospective parents to foster positive word‑of‑mouth and uncover marketing opportunities.
  • Organise marketing materials, event logistics, and support pre‑and post‑event follow‑ups.
  • Maintain and update the Marketing Events Calendar, ensuring key events and campaign timings are planned well in advance.
  • Coordinate photography and videography for major school events by planning monthly and briefing stakeholders at least three working days in advance.
2. Collateral Production
  • Assist in the creation of branding and promotional materials, adhering strictly to the school’s brand guidelines.
  • Ensure marketing content is accurate, consistent, and regularly updated.
  • Coordinate with vendor to ensure timely production and delivery of collateral.
3. Content Marketing
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on blog writing, student/staff stories, and public relations content development.
  • Proactively identify student and staff success stories for use in marketing and reputation‑building initiatives.
4. Website Management
  • Review and update website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Ensure downloadable content such as newsletters, brochures, and school policies are kept current.
5. Liaison & Coverage
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing (In‑School Activities) to manage the monthly social media content calendar.
  • Support coverage of events through photography and video, with key event requirements agreed monthly.
6. Reporting & Analysis
  • Compile monthly social media performance reports, including analysis of engagement rates and strategy insights.
  • Prepare monthly summaries of completed initiatives and highlight upcoming projects and priorities.
7. Social Media Management
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance social media presence and engagement.
  • Maintain an events‑aligned content calendar for social platforms.
  • Participate in online community groups to widen the school’s reach and attract new audiences.
  • Monitor engagement and ensure timely responses or escalations where necessary.
8. Operations & Inventory
  • Conduct monthly stock checks of promotional and branded items (e.g., banners, flags, gifts) and coordinate replenishments.
  • Maintain a multimedia content bank for campaigns and long‑term use. Ensure media in the bank has been cleared by school as per safeguarding policy.
  • Review and improve communication templates and tools (e.g., newsletters, event invitations, creative assets), including providing design and development support as required.
9. Administrative & Ad‑Hoc Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to support partnerships and enrolment efforts.
  • Support with cross‑functional tasks and coordination as required for marketing and community outreach activities.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in executing marketing campaigns.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience supporting event planning and execution is preferred.
