Summary :

Job Scope :

• Develop and execute marketing plans across digital, offline, and social media channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage assigned marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on ROI.
• Strategize and create engaging content for various social media platforms, including creative concepts, copywriting, photography editing, GIFs, short videos, stickers, stories (live and designed), and video filming/editing.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, including consumer engagement, responding to inquiries or complaints, and promoting company initiatives through social and digital channels.
• Conduct market research on trends, opportunities, competitors, and target customers to inform marketing strategies and future value propositions.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Group Marketing departments to conceptualize and manage events.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, outlining objectives, timelines, locations, stakeholders, budget requirements, and recommendations.
• Manage the execution of events, including budgeting, registration, coordination, and operational logistics.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and success of marketing activities and campaigns.
• Support ad hoc marketing projects as needed.
