As the CRM Lead (Singapore), you will own Syfe’s customer lifecycle and engagement strategy in our home market слово Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Singapore), you will oversee all aspects of marketing communications, from onboarding and education, to ongoing engagement, retention, and cross-product adoption. In this role you will showcase the simplicity of Syfe’s product and relevant information to support our investors across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
This role has clear ownership and influence. You will set curse the direction for lifecycle marketing in Singapore while remaining hands‑on with execution. You will work closely with our Investment & Content Lead to deliver our content to our users in the best formats at the right times.
This role is cross‑functional in nature and will involve close work with product, various marketing teams, data, and compliance teams to deliver communication that builds clarity, confidence, and trust.
