Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Marketing Communications & New Business to support and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives across the region. This role reports to the Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications and works closely with regional and market teams.

The primary focus is on Marketing Communications, with New Business support accounting for about 10–15% of the scope.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in marketing communications, public relations, content development, or a related field, with strong writing, coordination, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications (Primary Scope)

Content & Asset Development

  • Develop and adapt engaging content across platforms, including social media copy, press releases, internal / external announcements, visuals, and presentation materials.
  • Support PR campaigns, award submissions, case studies, and campaign coverage to drive brand visibility.
  • Collaborate on storytelling initiatives that highlight the network’s work, culture, people, and progress.

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

Support the creation and execution of internal communications, including the regional newsletter and employee engagement content.

  • Partner with markets to socialise and celebrate milestones, DE&I and CSR efforts, and culture initiatives.
  • Assist markets with developing social content calendars and brand-aligned templates.
  • Support internal events such as regional town halls, leadership communications, and internal campaigns.

External Communications

  • Contribute to the regional PR and external communications strategy to elevate the Havas brand across SEA & North Asia.
  • Support the development of thought leadership materials, media releases, and opinion pieces aligned with the network’s priorities.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing social media content to maximise engagement and brand reach.
  • Monitor the competitive and industry landscape to identify trends, insights, and communication opportunities.

New Business & Growth Support

  • Support on regional / multi-market pitches.
  • Help develop content for credentials, case libraries, and cross-market collaboration materials.
  • Assist with gathering insights, data, and supporting assets required for regional business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing communications, PR, brand / content development, or related fields.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and internal / external engagement.
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva or similar tools) are an added advantage.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment.
