A dynamic media company in Singapore is looking for a Social Media Marketer to create engaging short-form videos and manage campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, possess knowledge of platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and be fluent in English and Mandarin. Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Content Creation: Create scroll‑stopping short‑form videos, product explainers, testimonials, and behind‑the‑scenes content tailored to each platform’s algorithm and audience.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and influencer activations across all digital touchpoints.
  • Platform Management: Manage and grow our brand presence on TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram. Schedule and post regularly, engage with communities, and respond to comments/messages.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track content performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise for better reach, engagement, and sales.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Knowledge of social media platforms’ functions (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu) is required.
  • Basic photography knowledge and video‑editing skills
  • Excellent video editing and content creation skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Self‑starter, fast‑learner, agile, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of camera.
