• Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing consulting team across strategy, transformation, and advisory engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable client impact.
• Act as trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, shaping proposals, and closing consulting engagements.
• Develop consulting frameworks, methodologies, and IP to differentiate company in the market.
• Partner closely with sales, technology, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee project governance, resource planning, and financial performance (revenue, margin, utilisation).
• Establish best practices for consulting delivery, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Represent company as a thought leader through presentations, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
