Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and tests on marine navigationsystems and equipment to assess their condition and performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems and issuesin marine navigation systems and equipment.
• Perform repairs and replacements on marine navigationsystems and equipment using appropriate tools and methods.
• Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation,such as work orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to providetechnical support and guidance.
• Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, andproject managers to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Research and implement new technologies and bestpractices to improve marine navigation systems and equipment.
• Comply with marine codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage and supervise service projects and teams.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior serviceengineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Diploma in marine engineering, electrical engineering, ora related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a marine serviceengineer or a similar role
• Knowledge of marine navigation systems and equipment andtheir operation and maintenance
• Proficiency in marine software, such as HMI and PLCcontrol systems
