Job summary

Talent Titans is seeking a Service Coordinator (Marine Navcomm) to coordinate service activities and ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management. The role involves handling inquiries, arranging scheduling for engineers, and supporting purchasing and records accuracy.

You will liaise with customers on service enquiries, assist with billing information, and help allocate vessels and engineers for jobs, delivering timely and reliable service across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service activities and liaising with customers
• Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to manage inquiries, orders and billing information within marine services

Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries via email and phone
• Liaise with customers on service enquiries and fulfillment discrepancies
• Provide information about accounts, products and services
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to schedule service engineers
• Generate sales from customer inquiries
• Monitor vessel assignments and engineer availability
• Manage purchasing matters related to customer queries
• Resolve billing or service-related complaints
• Maintain accurate service records and timely updates
• Ensure excellent customer service through cross-department coordination
• Finalize jobs with engineers’ reports and customer sign-off
