Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requirements with customers, technicians and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Process customer enquiries via email and phone; provide information on accounts, products and services.
• Generate sales from customer enquiries and resolve billing/service issues.
• Plan allocation of service engineers for jobs and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor assigned vessels and manage spares with customer approval.
