About The Role

Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving innovation on the factory floor? As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Engineering Department to design, implement, and improve systems that ensure reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve real-world challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of our production site.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and refine assembly processes, while training operators to achieve high-quality standards.
  • Perform High-Level Assembly (HLA) tasks with precision, leveraging your knowledge of technical drawings and procedures.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) runs, troubleshoot quality issues, and provide Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) solutions.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate production line reconfigurations, equipment installations, and workstation setups.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and security policies across all activities. Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency. Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, operators, and leadership teams.
