Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required due to extensive interaction with Mainland China and Southeast Asia customers.
• 6 Months-3 years of experience in a product support, operations, data analyst, or junior product / Digital Marketing role, ideally within a digital product environment.
• Solid understanding of data analysis and basic understanding of digital product development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical, marketing, and operational support for digital products.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret product usage data to identify trends and operational inefficiencies.
• Interact directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and clarify requirements.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on data and user feedback.
• Create and maintain documentation for product features and operational procedures.
