The Talent Management team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent globally. We strive to provide an exceptional employee experience and ensure our talent strategies align with organizational goals. The Talent Partner will play a crucial role in supporting and executing on the talent strategies for the Pratt & Whitney organizations based primarily in Singapore, China, New Zealand, and Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying strategies, tools, and initiatives often developed at the RTX / Pratt & Whitney level while adapting them to meet the specific needs and requirements of local teams or regions. Our Talent Partners are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative and driven; they build relationships and act as a thought leader on talent and organizational strategy. This includes focusing on succession planning, employee retention, career development and engagement. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Management – Commercial Engines and is responsible for partnering with the Pratt & Whitney business and HR leaders in region, as well as other Communities of Expertise across P&W. The position is hybrid, typically 3 days onsite as per requirements.
