Salary Range: up to $9,800/month
Reporting to: Head of Department (Deputy Director)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement initiatives to enhance patient experience
• Champion and cultivate a patient-first culture across departments
• Lead feedback management, including service recovery and engagement with staff, patients, and caregivers
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve service delivery
• Analyze data to identify trends, implement improvements, and track success metrics
• Develop and deliver impactful service training programs

Requirements

• Min. Degree with at least 8 years of experience in customer or patient service operations
• Min 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record in building and sustaining a service culture
• Experience in designing, evaluating, and conducting service training
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Skilled in conflict resolution, data analysis, and presentations
