Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record in Calibration and Metrology Solutions to expand our footprint in Singapore.

You will manage key customer relationships, support tender and bid processes for our distribution and measurement service portfolio. You will identify new calibration business opportunities, drive tenders and proposals, and ensure ISO/IEC 17025 processes are implemented.

Qualifications

• Experience selling calibration/metrology solutions.
• Ability to lead tenders and bid submissions.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory requirements.
• Strategic market expansion and partner development.
• Experience with government procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new calibration business opportunities. Drive tenders, quotation and proposal submission; ensure competitive and compliance offer.

Ensure the integration and implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and processes within laboratory operations.

Strategic market expansion like identifying growth sector and potential channel partners. Develop entry strategy and marketing campaigns.
