Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager with a proven track record in Calibration and Metrology Solutions to expand our footprint in Singapore.

You will manage key customer relationships, support tender and bid processes for our distribution and measurement service portfolio. You will identify new calibration business opportunities, drive tenders and proposals, and ensure ISO/IEC 17025 processes are implemented.

Qualifications

• Experience selling calibration/metrology solutions.
• Ability to lead tenders and bid submissions.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory requirements.
• Strategic market expansion and partner development.
• Experience with government procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new calibration business opportunities.
• Drive tenders, quotations and proposals for products and services.
• Ensure ISO/IEC 17025 requirements are integrated into operations.
• Develop entry strategies and marketing campaigns for growth.
• Manage tendering activities and government procurement workflows.
• Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
