Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an Engineering Sales Manager for Calibration & Metrology Solutions. You will expand our calibration products and measurement services footprint, manage key customer relationships, and support tender and bid processes.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, 3+ years in sales within calibration/metrology, strong ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3+ years in sales/business development; calibration/metrology background preferred.
• Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 and its impact on bids and service delivery.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; detail-oriented and analytical.
• Familiarity with tendering, government procurement, and GeBIZ.
• Regional SEA exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue calibration business opportunities; drive tenders and proposals.
• Maintain key customer relationships and support tendering processes.
• Apply ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge to positioning and bidding.
• Develop growth strategies and partner channels; plan marketing campaigns.
• Monitor GeBIZ tender activity and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with operations/technical teams to meet customer requirements.
