Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Calibration Engineer to manage instrument calibration programs in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with metrology regulations, prepare the annual budget, and complete internal calibrations with proper records.

The role requires maintaining the measuring instruments ledger, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and producing monthly check summaries. You will coordinate purchases, drive process improvements, and train staff to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of calibration experience.
• Familiar with national metrology management regulations.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin preferred for China HQ communication.
• Certifications in metrological calibration are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration management of instruments per regulations and procedures.
• Prepare annual cost budget.
• Complete internal calibration on schedule and maintain records.
• Summarize and update the measuring instruments ledger.
• Review and file documents to ensure timely records.
• Prepare monthly check summaries.
• Assist with procurement and acceptance of instruments.
• Complete annual safety and quality indicators.
• Establish and optimize operation processes; train staff and report issues.
• Perform assigned duties and tasks.
