  • To ensure that sales teams feel motivated, energized, resilient and above all can deliver sustainable high performance in their business areas. To agree standards of performance required and manage performance effectively.
  • To ensure penetration targets set are achieved (trade in, finance, insurance,etc)
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
  • Carry out market analysis and research and identify opportunities to maximize business profitability.
  • Develop and agree sales plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial, marketing and sales targets.
  • To implement effective policies and procedures in order to maximize sales opportunities. Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports; making presentations; interpreting information; making recommendations.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate pricing of vehicles, reflective of market evaluation, supply and demand. Manage inventory to ensure stock aging policy is adhered to. Maintain management and sales team retail stock list.
