The Summary
  • Align Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build an efficient, predictable revenue engine.
  • Oversee processes, tools, and analytics supporting all go-to-market teams.
  • Optimize revenue funnels and ensure smooth handoffs across departments.
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer; role requires a data-driven, process-focused mindset.
The Role
  • Align cross-functional teams to support shared revenue goals.
  • Improve lead, pipeline, forecasting, and retention processes; remove bottlenecks.
  • Manage and optimize RevOps tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, CS tools).
  • Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyze data, and advise leadership.
  • Support forecasting models and help Sales with resource planning and quotas.
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM and RevOps data; enforce data governance.
  • Deliver training on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead cross-team projects, tool rollouts, and process improvements.
The Requirement
  • 3–5+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong grasp of full revenue lifecycle (leads → pipeline →customers).
  • Regional exposure is a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical ability and data interpretation skills.
  • Organized, detail‑driven, with solid project management experience.
  • Collaborative, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
