Job summary

A property management firm located in Singapore is seeking an experienced Manager for Property & Facilities Management to lead their team in achieving performance KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of hands-on experience in M&E building systems. Job description

Our client is a Property Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Manager, Property & Facilities Management to女人join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the property and facilities operations team to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Oversee property operations and facilities management for assigned REIT and MCST strata areas.
  • Manage M&E systems, fire safety compliance, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead and support special projects including feasibility studies, reconfiguration works, and asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Oversee upgrading and replacement works for building M&E systems.
  • Manage outsourced service providers (security, cleaning, facilities contractors) to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets and capital expenditure forecasts.
  • Ensure effective planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programmes.
  • Act as first responder during emergencies and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with house rules, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building, Facilities Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant hands‑on experience in M&E building systems and mixed‑use property management.
  • Strong knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements and sustainability standards.
  • Sound experience in tenant management, building maintenance, technical services, and construction works.
  • Proven leadership and project management capabilities, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fire Safety Manager certification is an added advantage.
  • Green Mark Manager certification will be an advantage.
