Job summary

Tapestry South East Asia is seeking an experienced professional to support People Development Curriculum & Programs. You will partner with GPOD, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and RT&D to design solutions for corporate employees and store leadership teams, and you will facilitate both classroom and virtual sessions.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in Training or Organization Development and change management, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and a strong ability to engage global partners,

Qualifications

• Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in Training, OD or change management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Knowledge of L&D trends and org effectiveness.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and global partners.
• Growth mindset and agility in ambiguous situations.
• Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Experience with assessment tools (MBTI, DiSC, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GPOD, TA, HRBPs and RT&D to design solutions for corporate employees and store leadership.
• Support large-scale manager development programs for corporate and store teams.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions for individuals and teams.
• Manage learning interventions including eLearning and AI-enabled learning where applicable.
• Oversee vendor relationships for open enrollment and sessions.
• Manage learning offering through Workday Learning.
• Support change management curricula and GPOD initiatives.
• Measure impact of initiatives delivering business value.
• Collaborate with global team members to align with People & Organizational Development.
