Job summary

The role includes data analysis to measure programme effectiveness, driving culture change, supporting learning and development, and contributing to digitalisation and employee engagement initiatives. A degree in HR and 4+ years in OD/L&D are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration/Management or related field.
• At least 4 years HR experience, preferably in Organisation Development and/or Learning and Development.
• Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and Compensation and Benefits practices.
• Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills to deliver ideas and foster stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft) and dashboard tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead/lead OD initiatives and measure programme effectiveness.
• Co-lead/lead Fish! culture and related workshops.
• Co-lead/lead talent and high potentials management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and interventions.
• Be part of HR and corporate communications innovation efforts.
