Job summary

CADMUS RESOURCES in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive/ T&D Executive to lead the design, development, and implementation of training programs across the organization. You will partner with department heads to identify competency gaps and ensure staff have the skills to perform effectively.

You will foster continuous development, optimize T&D processes, and align initiatives with business goals while complying with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years T&D experience and/ or HR handling T&D across levels in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical in assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry is valuable.
• Hands-on, engaged in training sessions with employees.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement training programs aligned to business needs.
• Partner with departments to identify competency gaps and address them.
• Design, develop and update training materials and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate internal and external training and optimize T&D processes.
• Track progress, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.
• Ensure all training complies with industry standards, certifications, and policies.
• Collaborate with WSG, SBF, e2i to maximize available training funding.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor.
