Job description

We're looking for a Talent & Organizational Development Senior Manager/Associate Director to design and drive talent and organizational effectiveness strategy across our APAC retail (clothing, F&B, lifestyle, etc.) business. This role builds the programs that develop our people and leaders as the organisation scales — from leadership development to succession planning to change management — reporting into the APAC Talent & Organization Development Director.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies aligned to APAC business goals
  • Design and manage leadership development programs to build current and future leaders
  • Own talent management processes — succession planning, career development, and talent reviews — to identify and grow high-potential employees
  • Drive organizational development initiatives that improve effectiveness, engagement, and support change management
  • Oversee the design and delivery of learning and development programs
  • Build and manage performance management systems
  • Design employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention programs
  • Track and analyze talent/OD metrics, translating them into reports and strategic recommendations
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and smooth transitions
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, department heads, and external consultants to implement programs effectively
What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience in talent and organizational development, ideally within retail (clothing, F&B, lifestyle, or similar multi-outlet consumer sectors)
  • A track record operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment — comfortable building programs at pace rather than maintaining an established, steady-state function
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with talent management and OD software/systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Deep knowledge of best practices in talent development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and external partners
