Job summary
Tapestry Singapore seeks an experienced Training & Organizational Development leader to shape learning across Coach and Kate Spade teams. You will design solutions for corporate employees and store leadership, partnering with GPOD, Talent, HRBPs and RT&D to drive scalable programs.
You will facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, manage Workday Learning, oversee vendors, and measure the business impact of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, L&D, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in Training/OD and change management.
- Strong English communication; other languages a plus.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in L&D.
- Able to engage with senior leaders globally and adapt in ambiguous contexts.
- Certification in assessment tools (MBTI, DiSC) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions for corporate employees and store leadership.
- Support manager development programs at scale.
- Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions.
- Manage learning interventions including eLearning and AI-enabled learning.
- Oversee vendor relationships for training programs.
- Manage Workday Learning offerings.
- Measure impact and value delivered by initiatives.
- Collaborate with GPOD, Talent Team and HR community globally.
