What you will do
  • Design and innovate: Create engaging training courses and strands of L&D programs, incorporating modern methodologies and multi-channel delivery. Develop high-quality content and resources that inspire learning and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Deliver impact: Facilitate programs that energize learners, guide their development, and evaluate success against defined objectives.
  • Partner for growth: Collaborate with business leaders to identify capability gaps, align priorities, and co-create solutions that enable strategic objectives.

  • Enable excellence: Prepare and manage external partnerships, ensuring projects deliver value and meet quality standards.
  • Champion compliance and quality: Maintain deep knowledge of organizational policies and regulatory codes, ensuring adherence and addressing non-compliance proactively.
  • Drive insights: Analyze HR data to uncover trends, create actionable insights, and influence decisions that enhance engagement and performance.
  • Build connections: Foster strong relationships across teams and disciplines, delivering professional services that support business strategy and growth.
What we’re looking for

  • Agility & Resilience: Ability to embrace change, work cross-functionally, and adapt with flexibility.
  • Data-driven mindset: Skilled in using analytics to tell stories, measure impact, and inform decisions.
  • Execution excellence: Proven project management skills to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives effectively.
