Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will play a critical role in leading client-facing projects across Singapore and Asia-Pacific. You will advise financial institutions, corporates, and government-linked entities on improving their cybersecurity posture, governance models, and compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver cybersecurity advisory projects in areas such as cyber strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, and resilience.
  • Advise clients on regulatory frameworks such as MAS TRM, GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments, define roadmaps, and implement improvement plans.
  • Develop cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and internal controls to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Support incident response planning, third-party risk assessments, and data protection initiatives.
  • Engage directly with senior client stakeholders (e.g., CISOs, Risk & Compliance Heads) and lead project delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-border teams to develop knowledge assets, training content, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and knowledge sharing across the firm.
Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity consulting, technology risk, or IT governance.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multi-phase cybersecurity transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of APAC and EU data protection and compliance regulations.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent credentials.
