Job Description

• Conduct regular market and industry research including peer performance analysis, earning highlights and performance theses.
• Monitor market and macro‑environment trends, industry landscape and develop business and product theses aligned with strategic priorities.
• Create Board and Investor presentations applying modern design principles and clear executive communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data alignment, accuracy and understanding levers in operational KPI — building insightful dashboards and reports.
• Support analysis of operational KPIs and conduct market benchmarking to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare regular Earnings Digest and Market Intelligence Briefs for leadership.
• Serve as the bridge between external market and macro‑environment intelligence and internal business planning teams.
• Identify trends and patterns in data and translate them into compelling business storytelling.
• Champion research excellence and ensure the Finance team stays ahead of market and competitive developments.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Top Tier Investment Banking (JP Morgan, MS, GS) or Consulting (MBB).
• Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset to connect data, insights and business direction.
• Proven record of strong analytical thinking and market research capabilities.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills with a strong aesthetic sense for clean and modern presentation design.
• Excellent communication and business writing abilities.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools will be a strong plus.
