About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, tech-savvy, and results-driven Business Development Manager to design and deliver next-generation security and technology solutions.

What You’ll Do
Drive Growth & Innovation
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities across public and private sectors.
  • Build trusted partnerships with clients, consultants, and technology vendors.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and secure outcome-based or tech-focused contracts.
Design Smart Solutions
  • Create integrated systems using CCTV, ACS, IDS, and VMS technologies.
  • Work with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to craft scalable, cost-effective solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals to clients.
Lead Tender Excellence
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes - from solutioning to submission.
  • Develop competitive pricing models aligned with performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure compliance and successful delivery.
Strengthen Client Relationships
  • Engage clients at all levels, from site teams to senior management.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships and uncover new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in business development, pre-sales, or solutioning within the security or ICT industry.
  • Proven success in securing outcome-based or technology-driven tenders.
  • Strong grasp of CCTV, ACS, IDS, VMS, and related infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, proposal-writing, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with commercial acumen and a growth mindset.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CPP, or PSP will be advantageous.
