An educational institution in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to manage adjunct recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes. This role involves overseeing budgets for events and conferences, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing administrative support to faculty. The ideal applicant will have a university degree and relevant experience, alongside strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. This position is for School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS).
Manage the entire function of adjuncts' recruiting, hiring, onboarding and offboarding:
Guide the SCIS faculty organiser in planning the budget for the conference/event.
Lead and manage the tender process for procurement.
Manage revenue and expenses of events and conferences to ensure compliance.
P&L reporting and transactions reconciliation for events and conferences.
Prepare reports and statements for audit after the conference/event.
Lead the execution (admin and logistics) of the conference/event.
Provide administrative and logistics support to SCIS visiting faculty and research talks by visitors.
Manage reimbursement of visiting faculty.
Other duties as assigned.
