Job summary

A leading spa operator in Singapore is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, maximize treatment bookings, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a full spectrum of experience as both front desk and spa therapist, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Responsibilities include financial reporting, team training, and strategizing marketing efforts to improve the spa experience for members.

Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis within the spa (Facials, Nails, Hair, Massages, Spa)

  • Identify the needs and extend professional advice and solutions to customer
  • Lead Spa team to maximize treatment bookings and yield management
  • Must possess full spectrum of work experience as a spa front desk and as a spa therapist and to commence work immediately without training to plan and execute the daily operations of the spa
  • Assist with the planning and execution of business plan, capital and operating budgets.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of staff commission, payments administration of Contractors and Vendors in a timely manner for submission to Finance and Payroll
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Perform supervision to ensure that all services offered at the Spa are carried out with utmost professionalism, effectiveness and courtesy.
  • Review Members’ feedback, market and industry news to introduce or improve services, programs that allows a successful operation that increases Member positive experiences and usage.
  • Manage the operations and retail department’s procurement process, allocation, supplies, inventories and purchasing.
  • Maintain a good after-sales relationship with the customer and see that their inquiries are managed promptly
  • Provide professional body analysis and recommend a suitable range of treatments to customer
  • Engage and establish relationships with the customer from the daily-assigned pool of leads
  • Able to have strong human resource network to identify, conduct interviews and recruit front desk receptions and therapists.
  • Assist the Director to setup new branches
  • Train the team to hit their monthly targets by upskilling them with the relevant sales techniques
  • Able to work on weekend and public holiday
  • Have working experiencies in Vietnam culture
  • Spa Operations preferably with knowledge on hair, nails and massage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, able to work well in a team
  • Spearhead Spa marketing strategies and executions
