Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Engineering)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Monthly Salary: Up to $2,400 + Allowances + Benefits

• Shift-based working hours

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate servicing, inspection, repair and maintenance of equipment, plant and facilities to ensure minimum downtime
• Plan and organize Weekly and Daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program
• Responsible for the performance and discipline of the technicians on shift duty
• Coordinate minor and major repairs, replacement & overhaul of equipment, plant and facilities at component & system level, to ensure minimum disruption to operations
• Ensure quick response to trouble‑shoot, rectify and re‑activate equipment, plant and facilities. If unable, to organize recovery to workshop to repair, rectify and make good, and put back into operation with minimum delays and downtime.
• Verify the accuracy of computer daily job sheets and time keeping
• Monitor and review work methods, conditions and housekeeping to ensure safe working environment
• Verify and ensure workshop equipment are maintained in good working condition
• Verify parts for replacement are beyond economic repair (BER) and cannot be reconditioned
• Any other duties as assigned

Working Hours

1 st shift: 0800 to 1730

2 nd shift: 1000 to 1930

Off & Rest: 1 of the weekday and fixed Sunday
