Working Location: West Singapore

Business Travel Required: Singapore, UAE, Vietnam, Thailand

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Flexibility required due to 24/7 casino operations and client service needs (irregular hours may apply).

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced digital equipment used in casino operations. From maintenance and diagnostics to client engagement and international project support, your work will directly impact operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot digital gaming equipment (e.g., card readers, chip counters, RFID systems).
• Perform equipment installations and provide client training.
• Respond to technical issues and service requests on-site or remotely.
• Collect and analyze data to improve equipment performance.
• Build strong client relationships through reliable support.
• Collaborate with international teams and travel for project support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
