MALA RESTAURANT - CREW LEADER

Location

Bukit Panjang, Paya Lebar, Kent Ridge (NUS), Jurong West (NTU), Sembawang, Orchard, Simei, Serangoon, Bugis, Lentor (NEW!), Lavender (NEW!)

Working Hours

10 Hours/Day, 5.5 Days a Week; 10 Hours/Day, 6 Days a Week.

Job Description
  • Step up to lead the service team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager.
  • Uphold all policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Delegate tasks and lead briefings to optimize team performance.
  • Deliver excellent service by greeting guests, resolving issues, and gathering feedback.
  • Assist customers with self-ordering kiosks.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory restocking.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety across all dining areas.
  • Manage supply orders and control costs to minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak basic English and Chinese is preferred for liaising with our diverse team. Candidates comfortable in a Chinese-speaking environment are especially welcome.
  • A natural leader with a passion for exceptional service.
  • A positive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.A proactive multitasker, always ready to support the team.
  • Previous leadership experience is a strong advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
