Job summary

Summary:

  • Location: West / North South
  • Basic ranging $4000-$5500
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction activities on-site, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
  • Independently manage day-to-day construction progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Interpret and work according to M&E drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
  • Participate in project kick-off meetings, coordination meetings, and provide regular updates on site progress.
  • Supervise the performance of site staff, workers, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and compliance.
  • Manage the ordering, delivery, and control of materials, tools, and equipment for the site.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in drawings by consulting with project consultants before commencement of related works.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor all project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain essential construction plans, including site access, hoisting, temporary utilities, site offices, and storage areas.
  • Implement quality control procedures through both on-site and off-site inspections, and oversee all completion and pre-handover checks.
  • Verify that only approved materials meeting project specifications and certification requirements are used, with proper documentation maintained.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Civil / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project planning tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
