M&E Engineer

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Location: Jurong Island

• Oversee the preparation of estimates for repair works, works specifications, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, and supervision of works completion.
• Understand the M&E operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that current M&E service agreement is maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
• Maintain M&E 52 week preventive maintenance program and measure the quality of performance.
• Plan and responsible for smooth operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil works pertaining to the facility management.
• Ensure proper engineering documentation and adherence to the established change management controls for the site.
• Solution provision for adhoc works and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion.
• Manage the M&E scope of the adhoc works to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
• 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required.
• Maintain register of all call outs and support the site to prepare incident reports.
