Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking an M&E Coordinator in Singapore to lead and coordinate Combined Services Drawing for multi-trade M&E projects. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, and experience in ACMV, Electrical, and Fire Protection systems. This full-time position offers a salary range of $3200 to $5000 based on experience, with responsibilities including coordinating drawings, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with standards and codes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in M&E CSD coordination with local Main Contractors.
• Knowledge of Singapore design codes and good engineering practices.
• Good knowledge of local codes, standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate CSD for ACMV, Electrical, ELV, P&S and FPS trades.
• Review drawings to identify clashes and coordination gaps.
• Liaise with subcontractors for technical and design clarifications.
