Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified BIM Modeller to produce M&E BIM models for various projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AUTOCAD and Revit software. Responsibilities include producing BIM deliverables, ensuring professionalism, and preparing models for clash detection coordination. Job Description

• Produce M&E BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose.
• Ensure that M&E BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness).
• Prepare models for Clash Detection Coordination.
• Identify issues for BIM Managers where discrepancies occur during design production.
• Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted Quantification, 4 D simulation.
• The BIM modeller’s overall responsibility is to create BIM content and extracting production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• Produce accurate AUTOCAD and REVIT BIM drawing according to project requirements;
• To complete documentation from detailed engineering drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, and produce drawing sets
• They assist BIM Coordinators in creating BIM models for projects. Assist in building basic BIM libraries.
• Preparation of M&E shop drawings, and As-built drawing;

Job Requirements
