Luxury Sales Associate (Location: MBS Singapore)

Job Description:

Our client is an internationally-recognised Luxury Retailer that offers high-end premium watches, jewellery and bag products. Due to expansion of the retail team, they are currently looking to hire proactive and sales-driven talents to join their retail sales team as Senior Sales or Sales Associates in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• To represent the brand and serve as a Brand Ambassador.
• To meet sales and other KPI targets.
• Groom and maintain strong VIP relationships
• To provide excellent sales service and product knowledge to customers.
• Support and manage daily store operations.
• To ensure store visual merchandising is in excellent presentation.
• To maintain brand image and boutique presentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail industry, Watches or Jewellery background will be an advantage
• Passionate towards luxury goodsand able to deliver high-standard service to customers
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Energetic, pleasant and outgoing personality
• Good team player with good collaborative skill
• Good communication skills primarily in English and requires 1 other local language to serve regional customers.
• Positive attitudes and passionate in developing a career in retail industry
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Associate
• Immediately available will be an advantage
