Job summary

The Fullerton Hotels in Singapore seeks a seasoned hospitality executive to oversee hotel operations, lead the management team and drive the annual budget, marketing plan and capital projects while upholding service standards and guest satisfaction.

You bring 10–15 years of luxury-hotel leadership, strong business acumen, and proven ability to improve revenue, costs, and guest experience; include sustainability, HR practices, and stakeholder relations as core priorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hotels, integrated resorts, or internationally recognised hospitality brands.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of local and global hotel knowledge
• Good analytical & decision making skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel operations and organizational structure as per the strategic plan.
• Lead regular meetings with department heads to ensure alignment and SOP compliance.
• Manage profitability by driving revenue growth and cost control; monitor budgets and financial outlooks.
• Lead capital projects, refurbishment, guest experience initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Drive guest satisfaction and service standards while maintaining brand integrity.
• Develop yearly business plans and strategic goals with management and stakeholders.
• Mentor department heads, ensure compliant HR practices, recruitment and development.
