Job summary

The Fullerton Hotels is seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications Manager in Singapore to drive the hotel’s positioning, visibility, and revenue through strategic media relations, campaigns, and integrated communications.

You will lead a team in developing and executing a comprehensive communications plan, coordinating with external agencies, creating compelling copy and collateral, and managing media outreach across key markets to elevate the hotel’s brand presence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or college degree in communications or related field.
• 6+ years in public relations/marketing or professional services marketing; 5+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the overall positioning objectives of the hotel to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Develop a Communications Plan aligned with the Business Plan and marketing priorities.
• Lead media relations, press releases, advisories, and promotional communications.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies to optimise value and coverage.
• Direct copywriting, design collateral, direct mail, and web content for the hotel.
• Oversee media contact database for Singapore, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.
